Tom ka coconut soup with chicken
Ingredients.
1/2 pound chicken breast cut small,
1/2 pound mushroom cut haft,
1 teaspoon chop onion,
1 glove garlic chop,
1 teaspoon Tom ka sauce,
1 teaspoon lemon grass Cut slice,
1/2 teaspoon kha,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce,
1 cup coconut milk non sweet,
1 cup chicken stock,
Directions:
Add coconut milk to pot in medium high heat. Let it boil then add chicken and all ingredients include chicken stock. For mushroom don’t have to put till last
Minutes. Let it boil another 5 minutes then bring the heat to medium low let it cook till soup reduce in half. Add mushroom and test see if need more salt. I like put little salt after turn of the heat. Ready to serve.
